Graduated from STIE IBEK S2, Department of Marketing in 2003 and graduated from STIE IBEK S1, Department of Economics in 1996.

Indonesian Citizen, 59 years. Prior to joining the Company, he also serves at several companies, among others, as Commissioner at PT Multi Tembaga Utama since 1995, Commissioner at PT Aluminametal Utama since 1995 and President Director at PT Anwarkarsa Persada since 2007.

Previously held the position as the President Director at PT Jembo Energindo (2001-2006), as President Director at PT Upayabersama Caturperdana (1996 - 2000), Vice President Director at PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk (1993 - 1996), as Commercial Director at PT Jembo Cable Company (1990 - 1992), as Director at PT Sasana Boga (1984 - 1988), Plant Manager at PT Jembo Cable Company (1976 - 1983) and Production Manager at PT Jembo Cable Company (1972 - 1976).

He obtained an Executive Development Program from Beijing Tsinghua University (2010).

Drs. Kanaka Puradiredja

Independent commissioner since 2012. Previously held position as Senior Partner in Public Accountant Office of Kanaka, Punadiredja, Suhartono (2000-2007) and Board Member of KPMG Asia Pacific (1994-1998)

Graduated from the University of Padjadjaran Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics in 1971) and the education profession at the Institute of Directors Commissioners Indonesia in 2006 and the Institute Risk Management Professional Certification in 2011.

Andrie Tjioe

President Director since 2011. Previously held position as Deputy Head of Data Technology Division of PT Ometraco Arya Samanta (2011), and Division Head of System and Infrastructure Solution of PT iForte Solusi Infotek (2002-2010)

Graduated from Aspen University, Denver, Department of Management Marketing (1998), The Open University, Department of Management (1997,'); STMIK Bina Nusantara, Department of Information Management (1995), and the University of HKBP Nomensen, Department of Management (1989).

Trisno Herman Dinijanto

Director & CFO,

Indonesian Citizen, 47 years. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Head of Individual Banking Business Support of PT Bank Central Asia (2010 - 2014), Credit & Marketing Group of Bank Windu Kentjana Internasional (2009), Finance & Accounting Director of PT SG Consumer Finance Indonesia (July 2008 – December 2008), General Manager Head of Finance & Accounting Division and Head of Information Technology and Business Process Division of PT Bank Central Asia (2004 – Juni 2008), Senior Consultant and Banking Industry Specialist of PT Multipolar (2002 - 2004) and Consultant of The Jakarta Initiative Task Force (2001). Started his career as participant of Management Development Program, Account Officer, and Credit Manager of BCA (1992 – 1999). Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta and has the right to holds Charter Financial Analyst from CFA Institute in 2004.

Lily Hidayat

Independent Director,

Indonesian Citizen, 44 years. Prior to joining the Company, she worked as General Manager of Finance and Accounting of PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia (2006 – 2014), and in the mean time served as part time lecturer at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (2011 – 2012).  Started her career as Corporate Finance Manager of PT Mobile Selular Indonesia (1997 – 2003).  Obtained MBA in Finance from The University of Texas (1996) and Bachelor Degree in  Architectural Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1993).
